Statements are mailed the first of each month. Payment is due by the 15th.
It is mandatory that you pay any balance due, at the time you take your dog from the premises, unless other arrangements have been made.
Only a limited number of dogs are accepted to assure quality training and attention for each one. At certain times of the year we can reach our limit, so be sure to call in advance to check on current or upcoming openings.
